PATIENT GROUP
Our group is set up and the first meeting was held on 10th January. The next meeting is scheduled for Tuesday 7th February.
Ideally we would like some younger patients to join the group as, currently, this age group (under 40s) is under represented. If you are interested in joining or require some further information then please contact the practice or go to the Patient Group tab above.
OPEN ACCESS
We hold an open access surgery at Haymeads Health Centre every weekday morning. You just turn up and book in at reception betwen 8.30am-10.00am and you will be seen by either a GP or practice nurse. You will be seen in order of arrival and given an estimated consultation time and can then either wait at the surgery or call back later nearer the time of your consultation. You may be asked to be seen by a practice nurse. They are highly qualified and will be able to help with many medical conditions.
APPOINTMENTS NOT KEPT
During December, we had 63 appointments booked by patients who then did not attend. If you are unable to keep your appointment please cancel it to enable us to re-book it. Thank you.
