MAKING APPOINTMENTS We are very pleased to announce that our new telephone system is now in place and there are staff available from 8 am to take your calls. You should now find it much quicker to make appointments or request information EMERGENCY COVER We are no longer under the care of The Emergency Doctor Service (TEDS)but now have a new Out-Of-Hours provider (HOOH). This will not in any way affect your medical emergency care after the surgery is closed and HOOH will continue to provide you with the excellent service you have recived until now. The contact number will be available in the normal way by ringing 657636 and listening carefully to the message. TRAVEL CLINICS Don't forget that Alex, our nurse, runs Travel Clinics for your holiday travel advice OPEN ACCESS We run an Open Access surgery every weekday at Haymeads Helth Centre. This is on a 'first come, first served' basis so you may have some time to wait but as long as you book in before 10.00 you WILL BE SEEN ON THE DAY. You may also see a nurse here if you wish. Telephone advice is available from a doctor every day. Ring the receptionist and she will log your call.
