Welcome to Church Street Partnership, one of five practices in the Stort Valley and Villages Locality within the East and North Hertfordshire Clinical Commissioning Group (CCG).

We are a single practice operating out of three locations in Bishop's Stortford:

  • Church Street Surgery in the town centre (CM23 2LY),
  • Thorley Health Centre  in Thorley Park (CM23 4EG) and
  • Haymeads Health Centre at the Herts and Essex Hospital (CM23 5JH)

All three sites have wheelchair access and toilets suitable for the disabled. Wheelchair access to Church Street Surgery is via the Church Street entrance. Consulting rooms at Church Street Surgery are on several storeys.

Car parking for patients is available at Thorley and Haymeads Health Centres. For Church Street Surgery please use the town centre car parks.
